| 1. The organisers reserve the right to:-
a) Cancel any class or vary any prize money and/or rosettes according to entries received. b) Change the printed schedule. c) Refuse any entry without stating a reason. |
| 2. All persons riding must be correctly dressed whilst mounted and must wear a hat which conforms to the current European Standard and is anchored at three points with a chin strap. |
| 3. Back protectors and medical arm bands are compulsory on the cross country course. |
| 4. The Judges or Organiser's decision on the day is final. |
| 5. Horses or ponies under 4 years old are not eligible for ridden classes. |
| 6. Children's ages are taken from 1st January of current year. |
| 7. No claim can be entered into for anything that may happen to competitors, their property, servants or animals in connection with or arising from, any of these events. |
